We accept referrals from specialists, general practitioners, nurses, and other all other health and fitness professionals.
We accept Medicare EPC, DVA and Work Cover referrals.
A referral is not required to be seen by one of our Dietitians however if you or your patient have private health insurance rebates may be able to be claimed on our services. The private health funds shown offer rebates on all Dietitian Services.
All Dietitian appointments are available either face to face in clinic or via phone or video consultation.
If you are referring a patient to us please fax a copy of the referral to the clinic you are referring the patient to and also provide the patient with a copy of their referral. Fax numbers and clinic details can be found here.
